Problem

A printing group rapidly evolved from a family business to a growing group with 30+ locations across 10+ European countries. Aligning the brand message and positioning across all their entities became crucial for their business expansion. The company needed to communicate as a cohesive group, delivering a strong corporate message that clearly reflects the company’s purpose and mission.

Solution & Impact

Following the development of a new brand positioning, the client needed a comprehensive plan to align the strategy across all communication channels. A brand-new website was strategically created to incorporate the new positioning and showcase the client’s expertise through a complete online portfolio. Additionally, a full content plan was implemented to build brand awareness and attract new leads on social media, requiring ongoing content creation and social media management on a monthly basis.

OUR Role

  • Content Strategy: Develop content pillars aligned with the new brand message, idea conceptualization of ideas and social media strategy.
  • Copywriting: Craft compelling content for the website, blog, social media, internal communications, and general communications.
  • Social Media Creation: Develop strategy, copywriting, and visuals for LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Social Media Management: Approvals management, scheduling and posting.
  • Marketing Strategy: Guidance on marketing initiatives including overall content strategies, campaign ideas and marketing calendar.
  • Client Management: Maintain direct contact and support for the marketing team, with a special focus on providing guidance and identifying opportunities to improve the company’s external and internal communications.
