Problem

A leading and global breast implant manufacturer needed to create a powerful regional brand that disrupted the Brazilian market while supporting their international goals. The client aimed to differentiate themselves through innovative service and digital marketing strategies, with a particular focus on engaging plastic surgeons. The brand strategy needed to resonate deeply with the local audience, including both surgeons and end customers. Building a strong, and lasting relationship with the right surgeons was essential to establishing a solid brand foundation.

Solution & Impact

A comprehensive brand positioning was developed, encompassing brand pillars, messaging, visual identity, and social media guidelines. This new approach included brand photoshoots, video production, and tailored content strategies for social media, along with copywriting for all communication channels such as the website, collateral materials, and email marketing sequences. Additionally, a targeted KOL (Key Opinion Leaders) strategy was implemented, creating dedicated social media content for four plastic surgeons serving as brand ambassadors.

OUR Role

  • Brand Positioning: Define brand pillars, messaging, purpose, values, mission, personality, tone of voice, personas, and more.
  • Brand Mood Board & Social Media: Develop visuals that reflect the brand strategy, including textures, shapes, color palette, image types, and typography.
  • Brand Photoshoot: Coordinate and manage photoshoots, including defining image concepts, liaising with photographers, managing vendors, and providing on-site support during sessions.
  • Video Production: Create corporate and social media videos, including scriptwriting, vendor management, and on-site support during filming.
  • Social Media Style Guide: Collaborate with designers to develop social media guidelines, covering typography, colors, graphic elements, visual examples, and grid layouts.
  • Social Media Creation: Develop content strategies, ideate concepts, write copy, and provide visual guidance for Instagram and Facebook.
  • Content Strategy: Develop content pillars aligned with the new brand message, idea conceptualization of ideas and social media strategy.
  • Copywriting: Craft compelling content for the website, blog, social media, internal communications, and general communications.
  • Social Media Creation: Develop strategy, copywriting, and visuals for LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Website Support: Assist in website creation with a focus on UX, copywriting, and translation services.
  • KOL Strategy: Develop brand and content strategies for four plastic surgeons serving as brand ambassadors, including direct support and management of their social media channels.
  • Social Media Management: Handle scheduling and posting for fice social media accounts (client + 4 KOL’s)
  • Account Management: Oversee project management across different teams within the agency, providing ongoing support and securing approvals from the client and KOL’s.
  • Client Management: Manage relationships across multiple accounts, including the client in Brazil and four plastic surgeons as KOL’s.
  • Social Media Reporting: Develop reports detailing performance, trends, opportunities, and recommendations throughout the project timeline.

LLA served as the Brazilian hub of the marketing agency, being entirely responsible for the communication with the client, vendors and 4 KOL’s (plastic surgeons). The client has also allowed LLA to manage the social media on behalf of their KOL’s.
